Our History


O'Ryan Marine was founded by Ryan O'Neal in 1992 when Ryan started providing boat repair services and boating instruction to Seattle's Eastside.

Ryan's cumulative 30 years industry experience has since been focused on growing O'Ryan Marine to service the Greater Seattle area and continues to be local and family owned and operated as part of our commitment to providing superior work and personalized customer service.

Facilities


We have two different locations to best serve you, depending on the size of your vessel and specific needs.

Redmond Service Center

O’Ryan Marine's primary service center is located at 9045 Willows Road NE, Redmond, WA 98052; making this location convenient to both Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish, as well as the Puget Sound.

The two buildings on the property are environment and temperature controlled, ensuring that O’Ryan Marine can provide expert repairs year-round. They are also zoned and constructed to protect the environment from any boat repair work.

Lake Union

O’Ryan Marine also has a facility on North Lake Union that is available to haul out large yachts and dry dock for large diesel or gas engine repairs, mechanical, electrical, generator repairs and bottom painting.

All other services, such as oil changes, winterization, water system repairs, generator repairs, custom graphics, AV upgrades, renovations, canvas repair, upholstery repairs, hull clean, and detailing on large yachts can be done dockside in/at the Marina.

Dedication to the Environment

O'Ryan Marine is committed to protecting our environment. As a result, any work that could potentially harm the surrounding area will be performed at our Redmond Service center, which is zoned and constructed to keep the gelcoat, paint and fiberglass work contained in an environmentally friendly process and away from the lakes. We recognize that it's important to get you back on the water quickly, but it is just as important to us to preserve the environment too.

When it comes to the environment, we go above and beyond including ground oil and water containment systems. When we detail your boat, our used water does not run into the street drains like most businesses. O’Ryan Marine is fully self-contained and our efforts go above and beyond environmental standards.
